100 Mile House Community Band

"The 100 Mile House Community Band is pleased to announce the appointment of its new conductor, Mr Dave Hooper.  Mr Hooper has a rich musical background and under his baton the upcoming season promises to be very interesting.  Rehearsals are held every Tuesday at 7pm at Christ The King Lutheran Church, 440 Horse Lake Road."

We are always looking for new members of all skill and experience levels.  If you play a concert band instrument such as percussion, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, oboe, etcetera please come out and join us!

The group plays a variety of music from classical to jazz and big band selections.

Particularly noteworthy was the June 7th 2015 concert.  For the first time, ever, our community band travelled to the Lower Mainland to participate in the Ladner Bandfest, a large festival involving over twenty community bands.  For more information follow this link:  www.ladnerbandfest.org

                                                                                                                         




The Band played in 100 Mile House Cenntenial Park
at 10:00am Saturday July 25th 2015
